izan, i am very very glad to received your sms yesterday, saying that your hubby @ bintulu, sarawak received the parcel. cuak okeh. to tell the truth, this wasnt easy task given to me. there were few obstacles happened along the way in sending this parcel, but alhamdullilah, i manage it. thought of using the DHL service but sorry la ... lembap and banyak songel okeh. last resort, i pakai pos malaysia jerk. sampai pun! the best thing, tak banyak songel.

owhh nope. it wasnt my birthday. my birthday dah lepas jauh dah =D this one is for ainoor. she ordered this cake to celebrate her birthday with her sibling & collegue . looks like ordinary moist choc cake i made right? actually it is not. at first ainoor request to have 1st layer with strawberry filling and 2nd layer with blueberry. since i've tried before this with strawberry filling and the out come just so and so, i suggest ainoor not to have strawberry filling. just let the blueberry alone. alhamdullilah, the fedback from ainoor buat penat i susun those almond flakes hilang. yerp u read it correct. i susun satu persatu sebab i tatau nak tabur macam cake maker @ cake house selalu buat =P

when lynn text me and mention calvin gonna conduct bistro cupcake class, i was hoping so much mention date im free and available. lucky me, im free like a bird (which is yesterday). its a hands on class and merasa la kena tegur dengan teacher "haiyaa u cut butter like that then u can cut ur hand!" heheheheee as expected, kelas memang gamat la dengan hilai tawa. over all, we are all excited to taste the molten choc cuppies and like always, the best time to eat masa dia tengah panas-panas. nak lagi sedap, scoop vanilla ice cream and put on it. wallah! heaven!
