yeah i do feel good today tho i've lost of work waiting for me. and yerp, while writing this entry, im in the middle of decorating cuppies & cake =p notice the title? same like previous entry right? cant think any other title =P

these orderes were made by someone @ prime minister's department for their eid mubarak 'makan-makan' session. since they made very last minute order, so i just made simple deco which happen to be deco that i love the most =D thank you sir =D

gosh, im so tense this week. no, dont get it wrong. im not tense because of baking or making numbers of roses, but im tense due to my study. i've been asking for the data for more than a month and they keep on saying this and that untill 1 fine day i spoke to the right person. just because of late in getting the data, i cant porceed my write up and therefore, i have to extend for one more sem. havent discuss this with my supervisor yet but i think they will allow us since most of us extend pruposely for the write up. tak mo la weh amik risiko nak korbankan 6 credit hours dengan result yang buruk. tak pasal-pasa CGPA jatuh.

okay, enuf of babbling bout my study. let us get bac to what i've done for past few days. i love the way i pipe the choc ganache =) syiok sendiri meh ... eheheh look so sexy =P boleh ke pipe pun jadi sexy??? blasah je la. these berries cuppies are for fazian @ azie. thank you azie.

super duper extremely tired are the best words to describe my condition now. yeah, i've been cooking some dishes from morning till evening (masak simple-simple je pun). family in laws datang beraya =) and at the same time, still need to finish up the baking orders. cant spend much time infront of the lappy. so here are the orders for past few days.

this set was ordered by puteri from kelatan. its for her bf's belated birthday, working @ KL. dear puteri, thank you for ur tolerance in changing the date. i really appreciate it and glad to hear that ur bf loves the cuppies =) thank you ya puteri.

owhhh so much of them. i love making roses but they are very time consuming. apart from that, you need to be very very patient =D

sedar tak sedar almost a week syawal berlalu. pantasnya la masa berlalu. nanti sedar-sedar syawal dah berlalu. dan dek hambatan masa yang berlalu pantas, saya tak sedar pun usia blog saya ni dah setahun! dan dah setahun juga la saya bergelumang dalam bidang baking. jangan tak percaya, saya start baking ni pun baru setahun and i really mean it. baru setahun jugak la saya pegang nozzles, spatula, main buttercream, fondant and many more that relate to baking world! and please bear in ur mind, i never attend any professional course @ class melainkan kelas lynnhassan. i would say she's the great teacher, sangat la penyabar. worth to attend her class!

looking back at all my creations, i feel that i still need a lot of practise to improve my skill. rasa mcm masih tak puas hati dengan hasil usaha selama ni. but hey, untuk seseorang yang tak pernah buat cake dalam hayatnya, tak pernah deco cake dan tak pernah tahu pun apa perkataan fondant, saya patut rasa bangga sedikit (bukan riak ya) dengan hasil saya yang tak seberapa.

would like to take this opportunity to inform Bake Freshly will close from 28th sept till 6th oct for eid-ul fitr celebration. will start baking again after 6th october. those who plan to place order for october, i would like to advice to make reservation from now on since i've received few orders for october and november.

apart from that, those who plan to hire me to make their wedding cake @ cuppies in november @ december, i would appreciate so much if u can place order now. date for november is moving fast. for november, i'm fully occupied from 1st-11th november.
