malisa one of my loyal customer. she have been order so many times from me including her sister's wedding cake. and yes, thats the 1st wedding cake i ever made. remember, the one with yellow & brown theme?

and this time, she ordered 2 sets of 25pcs with ultraman, spongebob & roses deco. and yes, because i terlebih enjoy lukis the spongebob, i terbuat salah deco! suppose 1 set spongebob+roses & the other set with ultraman & swirl. now dah jadi spongebob+roses & spongebob+ultraman! i dont know why that night i feel so in love with this yellow fellow.

sorry for not being able to update regularly. i'm not feeling well. had flu, headache and sore throat. and yes, please forgive me for being very very very late in responding ur email/s. but inshaAllah, i will try to reply it as soon as possible by today.

i've been pending updating this entry. remember this entry? well here is the recipe. please give a try. it would be my pleasure to share this wonderful recipe from one of the book that i purchase quite sometime ago. then do let me know once u've try this recipe ya =)

ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt (i omit, 1 pinch of salt)
1 cup granulated sugar (i omit cause it will be too sweet. up to u guys to use how much of sugar either 3/4 @ 2/3 or any measurement but definitely less than 1 cup)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly (use scs @ tatura)
2 eggs (at least grade A)
2 tsp grated lemon zest
1/4 tsp lemon oil @ lemon extract
1/2 fresh milk
1 cup dried cranberries

method:

1. preheat the oven.
2. in a small bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt.

3. in mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, butter, eggs, lemon zest amd lemon oil/extract until smooth. alternately whisk flour mixture and milk, making 3 additions of flour and 2 additions of milk. beat until smooth. stir in cranberries

4. scoop batter into paper cup/souffle and bake for about 25-30mins at temperature 170 degree (depend on the types of oven).

quite sometime i havent make any figurine cake. doesnt mean i dont like to d so, but i dont have much time to play with. so when nunu ask me whether can i make arya's hard rock cafe teddy and her figurine as well, without any delay i say yes =D ghee how i wish i could make as prefect like debbie, aine or perhaps ET =)

haa tak kira. today nak jugak-jugak settelkan semuaaaa entry tertunggak. tak banyak lagik dah ni. but definitely i cant write much like usual. after all, kindda lack of idea what to write la. after this im going to try a new recipe for yellow cupcake @ vanilla cupcake and lemon poppy seed cupcake. kalau sempat la.

these cuppies were ordered by ainoor for her mother's birthday. thank you sooo much dear. to aunty, happy 51st birthday. same age like my mom. and ainoor shud u have any problem @ need help during the 3 months at bangalore, do let me know. will ask my sister who is currently study at there to help u. just let me know ya

and this 25pcs choc cheese hazelnut for najidah. i hate when i want to use berries, they were out of stock or the berries are not in good shape. and lucky that day they have fresh, nice and great cherries. so i opt to use cherries though cherries a bit expensive then berries. thank you najidah for being tolerate =P

and this set pula, syaira yang order. she wanted her cuppies to deco with green roses and loves. the wordings are made of fondant "shah love ira". thank you ya ira =)

and this set, for kuza. dia nak theme nursing, catering & hotel and car. katanya untuk adik-adik dia. thank you ya kuza. easy to deal with u. hope u and others enjoy eating them! to ur siblings, good luck!

kak fadzillah call me and ask me whether she could place order anymore or not. since the date mention im quite free and available, so why not. she wanted fondant set with gray theme. at 1st i was sceptical with the color as i never made gray theme. and i was 101% wrong. it turn out very nice. ghee i should put some silver pearl dust kan. to kak fadzillah, thank you sooo much ya =D

just came back from attending the pameran pengantin @ ampang point. i went there with ellie and her son. thought of bringing my daughter tapi cancel sebab takut tak terlarat nak jaga. reason pegi sana nak jumpa kak miss. and yes, i did meet kak daalia too!. seronok giler. kecoh habis kat tempat kak miss. gosshhh i love her lilac fondant cake. cantik sangat bunga yang dia buat. i guess 1 sweet day im going to enroll her sugarpaste flower course. ellie later when u have time, jom kita jalan-jalan lagi erk.

watie from seremban email me the details of the cake. she wanted it to be deco with something that will make the birthday boy surprise. i must admit not all of the time my head full of ideas. especially when customer mention "make something surprise". lagi la takut okeh. taku sendiri syiok deco sendiri yang prasan akan jadi surprise. after sitting in front of frosted cake for few minutes, i manage to think of something but erkkk the idea keep on changing to this and that and finally, here is the result. and i do pray that the surprise betul-betul jadik surprise.

i never know that the birthday boy live in melacca. sakan cake ni berjalan. and alhamdullilah, waties text me nk say that the birthday boy memang betul-betul surprise. ahhh yes, not only him but his daughters as well. thank you ya watie

it's the 1st jan of 2009. wishing to all of u happy new year. may this year would be better than yesteryears. i have so many thing to jot down but time wasnt by my side today. gheeee same old lame pathetic excuse eyy? but never mind, whenever i have times, surely i will write more. hohohoho perasan sendirik maca ada yang nak baca semua cerita-cerita. lain la if my writing as good as kak wiz.

it seems like this pattern was the most popular deco for last year. how i wish i could do something different from this but hey, this is what been request by customer. saya yang menurut perintah =P kak wan from perbadanan putrajaya order 20pcs of this and i bet they survive along the way kan kak wan. tatau la brape kali dah my cuppies terbang membelah awan biru =p lucky them!
