zanira @ ceera @ kown as zaimah's sister is tying 'simpul mati' knot last saturday. i've been knowing zaimah for more than 2 years =) so awal-awal lagi zaimah dah book date dgn saya. a set of hantaran cuppies & 3tiers wedding cake. 1st theme for hantaran cuppies should be green but somehow, she request to change the colors as below. senang deal dgn zaimah ni. orangnya tak banyak cerewet. too ceera & saiful, tahniah, semoga ikatan simpul mati akan kekal sampai bila-bila =)

EXTRA CUPPIES:

slalu jugak dapat panggilan tanyakan "do u have extra cuppies"? jawapan saya, "yes i do". cuma slalu tak sempat nak deco due to penat. but inshaAllah after this, i will 'laratkan' diri untuk deco those extra cuppies. and today, i have 2 sets of 16pcs choc moist cuppies. *tengah nak siapkan la ni. normally for 16pcs sell at RM40 but today i will let it go for only RM35. do sms me ya.

was not feeling well and as expected, i was knock out last night. after chat with hanis, i switch off my lappy and set on alarm to wake up @ 3am since i have 3tiers wedding cake waited to dress up! but gosh, sedar-sedar dah jam 7am. kelam kabut sangat tau. but alhamdullilah, i manage to finish the dress up cake session without any problem =) syukran.

these set were ordered by zuma on behalf of dayang. but i feel so glad that i can meet dayang. dayang, thank you so much & congratulations on the engagement ya.

semua pun tahu kan hujung tahun adalah musim majlis kawin. jadinya, memang me agak sibuk sedikit dengan tempahan perkahwinan. cake hantaran maroon ni helmi dah tempah awal. kalau tak silap me satu @ dua bulan yang sudah. memula terkejut juga bila yang call nak menempah untuk majlis kawinnya adalah lelaki. sebab selalu yang mcm ni perempuan kan. even helmi siap tunjuk contoh-contoh cake hantaran yang dia nak. as usual, i did a little bit change supaya tak sama macam deco dalam previous entry. alhamdullilah, helmi ok je dgn lil' bit changes tu. to helmi, dah selamat kan jadi suami orang hari ni =) tahniah ya. nanti jumpa 19 ni ya

quite sometimes i didn't make tarts. the only thing that hold me back is.... sangat la malas nak menggentel satu persatu dalam mould! a spend for more than 2 hours (campo waktu kecederaan a) just to make 80pcs tart shells =D tapi nak makannya punya la kejap!

so when yus (ex-collegue @ MAMPU) say that she would like to have tarts, i was like...aiseh. but thinking of lama tak makan, i say yes. uhhh i love fruit tart and of course topped with blueberry. bukan filling ya, but the one with buah-buah tu sekali. heaven! thanks yus!

not in the mood of writing. sometimes we can't help ourselves with bad day =( this set was ordered by jojet and it is carrot walnut. do bear in mind, for this type of deco i will use the most sweetest buttercream icing. if u have guts to eat, u are most welcome. but i advice u not to eat as they are to sweet and not good for ur health.

i know diana through fotopages. but never know that she a friend to my friend during my matric day @ Mat Jiwa. what a small world! diana requested to have this deco and i know it is tracey's deco. from what i've learn from my flickr clanz, always seek permission if u use someone's design or at least put credit to the respective person. so tracey, if u ever cross upon my humble blog, i adore ALL ur works! wish 1 day i can be like u.

there's a story beneath this cake. to tell the truth, im not so good in making buttercake. why? because i dont 'woo' buttercake as much as moist choc cake =D goshhhh only Allah knows how tremble inside me. my 1st attempt was so disappointing =( cake ku bantat! see not all my cake turn pretty like u guys might think. i do have bad cake day =P but alhamdullillah, the 2nd attempt success (of course i change the recipe. tak pakai yg 1st tu). lepas ni dah berkeyakinan tahap tinggi le sikit nak buat buttercake ni =p
