omg i really can't move on from this ispahan thingy. so please excuse me for a while.

actually this is a trial & error session but alhamdulillah, it turns out very well, like what i have been expected. and the most important thing, mom loves this cake, even the buttercream too (she normally don't like to eat any kind of buttercream). and that raspberry swiss meringue buttercream nail it to the max!

sorry sebab dah lama abaikan this blog. sejujurnya saya tak de banyak sangat masa nak update di sini. more to di FB (cari bake freshly).

i dah lama simpan resepi ni but only recently i manage to bake this. taste wise? not bad at all. owh btw this is chempedak cheese cake. i am not so sure what is the name in english for chempedak. it is not jackfruit because jackfruit is nangka. but scientific name for chempedak is Artocarpus integer.

this is seasonal fruit thus it wont be always in my menu. perhaps i akan buat cheese cake combo kot next week.
