.:lemon cranberries recipe:.

i've been pending updating this entry. remember this entry? well here is the recipe. please give a try. it would be my pleasure to share this wonderful recipe from one of the book that i purchase quite sometime ago. then do let me know once u've try this recipe ya =)

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt (i omit, 1 pinch of salt)
1 cup granulated sugar (i omit cause it will be too sweet. up to u guys to use how much of sugar either 3/4 @ 2/3 or any measurement but definitely less than 1 cup)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly (use scs @ tatura)
2 eggs (at least grade A)
2 tsp grated lemon zest
1/4 tsp lemon oil @ lemon extract
1/2 fresh milk
1 cup dried cranberries

1. preheat the oven.
2. in a small bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
3. in mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, butter, eggs, lemon zest amd lemon oil/extract until smooth. alternately whisk flour mixture and milk, making 3 additions of flour and 2 additions of milk. beat until smooth. stir in cranberries
4. scoop batter into paper cup/souffle and bake for about 25-30mins at temperature 170 degree (depend on the types of oven).
